it's sad how we are so closed as a society . and judgmental over one another to the point that people tend to fall inwards .. hiding inside

What a wonderful story with such an inevitable sad moment. Dogs give you so much joy in your life followed by a day that totally brings you to your knees and breaks your heart. The person that manages to solve the relatively short lifespan of a dog problem will get the Nobel prize. You can pay a Korean $70.000 for a clone, I predict this facility will become a major business all over the world in the next twenty years when it becomes affordable and the ethics are fine tuned.
Recently on holiday I got talking to a lovely lady about a dog charity that she was patron of.
